Go see Angel-A and Paprika

I went and saw a couple of great movies this past weekend. The first was Angel-A which is about a scam artist who is down on his luck and under a mountain of debt. He then meets a beautiful woman named Angela who changes his life. This was an awesome movie with a great soundtrack which I will be buying as soon as I find a copy of it. Most of the music is done by an artist named Anja Garbarek whose music is the perfect compliment to the film.
The second film I saw, Paprika, was a better film overall, but I can't really recommend the soundtrack. Paprika is an animated film by the same director (Kon Satoshi) and studio that made Perfect Blue and Tokyo Godfathers. Both films were excellent and I think Paprika might be the best film they've done so far. If you are interested in the music in Paprika the artist name is Susumu Hirasawa.
